sick

Nothing quite like coming home from a three week trip overland across three countries, and then getting sick.  Kim's Malaria sounds like the worst head cold she's ever had, plus the worst GI infection she's ever had, plus a few other symptoms just for fun.  Mine seem to play around, and recently they just look like Giardia.  I had aches and fever, with head cold symptoms, so we thought malaria, but the quick test kit just said no.  We'll check again in another 12 hours.  Fun to show the kids how it works, though -- Chemistry in action.
Normally I just hibernate my way through most illnesses, and in a day or two, I'm back on my feet.  So we'll see what the next couple days hold.
